Ok, you don’t really need me to do this here as you can read about me – crmnetwork.org/about/

BUT we’d love to know more about you. How can we truly network if we don’t know each other? 😉 Please introduce yourself, your role, your platform and what things make you smile, punch the keyboard.

Hey Richard! I won’t leave you hanging!

I am Aimee, I work for Ravensbourne University London – not to be confused with Ravenclaw – as the CRM Systems Lead. We use Dynamics platform and the Anthology Reach product more specifically. Previously of Southampton where I have also been a user of Connect and Gecko.

What makes me smile…? Drinking many types of tea, watching The Office US (but I ignore season 1), and when a workflow just works first time.

Hello there

My name is Rebecca and I have recently started in the role of CRM Officer at East Kent Colleges (EKC), based in Folkestone. It’s a new role to the college group as it prepares to decommission Pro-Engage and rollout Dynamics 365 to centralise employer data and improve its stakeholder management. I’m interested to hear your experiences of implementing a new CRM / CRM processes.

My background is in libraries with experience working in local authority, Higher Education and the Museum sectors. Smile triggers include improving work processes and finding information/solutions for colleagues. Outside of work I’m a keen reader and crocheter.

Hi Rebecca, welcome to the CRM world! Transitioning to Dynamics 365 from Pro-Engage sounds like a big step. In my experience, implementing new CRM systems is a lot like rolling out government cloud solutions; it’s all about centralizing data, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth integration. Clear communication and training are key for adoption. I’m sure your background in libraries and the public sector will provide valuable insights during this transition. Best of luck with the rollout!
